Pricing

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible prices, but these are subject to change depending on market conditions.

Our low pricing structure does not include delivery. Prices depend on location, and we will be happy to provide quotes for your order.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques and all major credit/debit cards. Balance of payment must be paid prior to delivery or collection of goods.

Orders

If you are unable to visit our showrooms, simply telephone, fax, write or email us, stating items, colour and quantity and we will do the rest. If the items you require are not currently in stock, they can be specially ordered for you in your preferred colour and finish. We ask for a 30% deposit at time of order, which is fully refundable should you not be fully satisfied. We will endeavour to complete orders within 12-14 weeks but cannot guarantee completion times. It is however within our best interests to complete your order as quickly as possible, and we will make every effort to ensure it is.

Dimensions

All our furniture is hand crafted, as a consequence, all sizes are offered as a guide only. We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice. Please note that dimensions given for beds are actually 1-2 inches larger than standard mattress size. This allows for the bed linen to be applied.

Mattresses

Our beds are supplied with slatted bases and we can supply mattresses to suit this style of bed. Some mattresses, such as pocket sprung, require the addition of a breather board which can be supplied, but we are happy to offer advice, should you have any questions or concerns.

Fabrics

We have a large range of textiles and fabrics for our upholstered items, which in most cases is included in the price, all of which conform to current safety regulations. We also use a range of specialist and designer named fabrics, which attract a small surcharge - please contact us for advice. Customers may also supply their own material which can reduce the cost of upholstery, as a guide, it is usually around £10 per item, based on a set of dining chairs.

Storage

We are happy to store items free of charge that have been paid for in full. However we reserve the right to charge a storage fee if the agreed period is exceeded without prior notice.

Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy for problems notified within 30 days of delivery.
